ABSTRACT
Water is nature’s most magical compound and is critical to life itself, yet we take it for granted. Is it true that Earth’s water should be a gas, that ice should freeze from the bottom up, that it should smell bad, that it can be structured, store information, visibly reveal frequencies when frozen, use hydrogen bonding to achieve its unique properties or that water can be energetically infused? These are some of the qualities that render water more unique than is generally recognized.
Victoria Albright and Bill Branson Jr. will introduce you to APeX Water and how it delivers oxygen directly into positively charged pathogenic cells. The action is based on the negative charge of the APeX nano-cluster, which is comprised of active oxygen molecules. The negative charge of the APeX nano-cluster is attracted to the positively charged pathogens, allowing these nano-clusters to be drawn into pathogen-infected cells, however healthy cells and good gut/mouth bacteria/flora are not affected. The gut is our immune system, and APeX boosts the immune system.
The downfall of the pathogens occurs when they scavenge electrons. Once attracted to the charge imbalance of the pathogen itself, the nano-cluster enters into the much larger pathogen causing it to collapse and dissolve. This occurs when the binding of electrons of the active oxygen atoms are more attracted to the pathogenic molecular electronic imbalance than they are to the negative nano-silver ion they surround. The oxygen-phobic pathogens become oxidized and cease to be viable.
Dr. Glen Rein will close with additional perspectives on the properties of water, how the APeX complex may be a quantum system, and summarize documented evidence for how is being used to promote health.

VICTORIA ALBRIGHT
Victoria Albright and Bill Branson, Jr. together constitute APeX-Water Research Institute. They view themselves as educators, not salespersons. Victoria’s history is in executive management and technology sales and support, however, in 2016 the trajectory of her career changed to alternative wellness. Victoria, with decades of interest in alternative wellness protocols, started a wellness company, Life Force Solutions. Victoria and Bill met at an alternative wellness conference, and Victoria joined Bill, Jr. at APeX in 2017. Victoria will be presenting the majority of their presentation.
BILL BRANSON, JR.
Bill Branson Jr. partners with Victoria Albright in running the APeX-Water Research Institute, a 501(c)(3) private foundation. Bill’s background lies heavily in mechanical engineering and structured, high-speed cabling of large government facilities. He is also the one who conducts the proprietary process to produce APeX Water. Bill’s father, Bill Branson, Sr., was on the 1952 team that worked with the German immigrant who initially brought the technology and introduced it to this small team in the United States. Together, that team perfected the process of this structured water that is now called APeX – Anti-Pathogen eXtreme!
GLEN REIN, Ph.D.
Dr. Rein has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry works within the fields of bioelectromagnetics, informational pharmacology and aquaceuticals. He founded the Quantum Biology Research Laboratory and is researching non-electromagnetic energy by observing its effects on biological systems and water. He regularly is an invited speaker to conferences on water around the world.
PAUL SPERRY
Paul has a BA in chemistry and MS in systems science. He has worked in private industry, conducted gold and uranium chemical recoveries, was a divisional associate director at the National Center for Atmospheric Research, and was executive director of CIRES, an interdisciplinary institute of 500 at the University of Colorado. He now investigates Earth energy phenomena at remote sites around the world and is a co-founder of the local SSE chapter.
