Biography
C.V. of Dr. JAMES BURNETT, Ph.D., P.E.
Dr. James Burnett has a Ph.D. (Physics). He began his “Spiritual Physics” career with experiential studies on consciousness at The Esalen Institute. He has performed spiritual physics research for over 50 years. James and wife Julie, founded in 2013: “The Loveland Institute of Consciousness Studies, LLC“, to add teaching to their research studies.
Dr. Burnett also did research for the Defense Advanced Research Agency; Atomic Energy Commission; National Aeronautics and Space Administration; and US Air Force. He then worked for Xerox Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), and Intel Corporation. He also taught 12 years of graduate engineering classes at the University of Arizona, Tucson,

LOVELAND INSTITUTE OF CONSCIOUSNESS STUDIES – ACTIVITIES and PUBLICATIONS
CLASSES:
The Loveland Institute is now teaching a Series consisting of ten 2-hour lectures titled: “Consciousness and God, the Universe, and Individual Man“. A new lecture occurs each month on the 2nd Sunday at 2:00 PM for the 10-month series. The second lecture, “Living, Dying, and the Hereafter Without Fear”, will occur on 3/13/2016 and no discussion group in March, to avoid Easter. Meeting is the Loveland Library’s Erion Room.
An open discussion group is also held by the Loveland Institute, titled: A “Life and Death Café“. Held at the Loveland Library on the 4th Sunday of each month at 2:00 PM.
All activities held at the Loveland Library by the Institute are free, (no donations).
PUBLICATIONS:
Dr. James and Julie are writing two major new lectures each year, to add to the Lecture Series. Their latest 2-hour lecture, added February 2016, is titled: “The Nature of Consciousness and Reincarnation“.
A new book by James and Julie Burnett was published in December 2015; titled “Consciousness and God, the Universe, and Individual Man – A Series of Lectures “.
A book by James and Julie, oriented to self health and self healing, was published in 2002. It is titled: “Psychic and Spiritual Processes“. This book is used for Julie’s Soul Healing work.
Losara, one of the Institute’s psychic “Group of Four“, has published two significant books titled: “Divine Contact” and “Divine Contact II“.

It is really helpful if you can arrive early (11:00 am) to find a seat and partake in the buffet so we can start promptly at 11:30 am.
These monthly lecture luncheons are held at the Millennium Hotel in Boulder and include a gluten-free hot buffet lunch, including both meat and vegetarian choices.
You may attend our Boulder luncheons two times as a guest, then we ask you to take an SSE membership.
